... In my time working for vendors, I've been amazed at the pressures placed upon vendor employees to make a buck. At the end of the day, it is a high energy, high pressure but high reward career working for software vendors. The problem is, what does that mean for you the customer? For too long, the customer has come second in the relationship. This has made it difficult for genuine vendors, because often customers have built up distrust and a stereotype of what a vendor is all about. Until vendors clean up their act (which may never happen) the market will always provide opportunity for people like Netethix to provide that guidance, to allow customers to feel more confident that they've made the right choice by vendor.
